From the very first phone conversation with Blaine, we felt at ease and that we were absolutely in the best hands possible. We had a very unique, custom-built home over 5200sf and at the first in person meeting, he spent over 4 hours at our home with us explaining his plan to properly market this home on several different platforms. He has the knowledge and expertise to use technology available today to increase our exposure. He completed a 20 minute Facebook live tour and actually got our first good potential lead during this event!!! Way different than the 'stick a sign out front and they will come' approach of the previous agent!!!! Unbelievably, within 30 days of listing with Blaine, we were under contract and closed in under 60 days!!!! This is for a home well over 500k in a neighborhood of mixed-priced offerings from the 200's on up to ours. Blaine is very attentive to every detail in the listing and provided us with as much information as we desired on where we were at, even sending us the hit count from the various places he had us listed at. I don't think there was any time we could not reach him and he kept us informed when he was going to be unavailable (out camping with Boy Scouts and no cell coverage) but even then would hike to some mountain peak once a day to retrieve messages!!!! And would always give us the contact information of one of his team to contact if needed!!! Who does this in today's world?!!! He has the ability to think outside the box when marketing a home, maybe this is because he didn't just take the 90 hour real estate agent course and sit for the exam, he has the educational background (MBA with emphasis in marketing) and real-world experience to get the job done. I do not usually take the time to write reviews but feel that Blaine is so far above what a 'typical' realtor offers, it needs to be publicized!!! We whole-heartedly recommend hiring Blaine, whether you are buying or selling a home.

He is super responsive and very hands on. This is our second transaction with Blaine and he has just been fabulous to work with. We were getting into a league we knew nothing about. Blaine held our hand and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into, gave us a rental analysis and referred us to his go-to team up North to help with handy work and cleaning. We wouldn't be where we are without him and are extremely grateful for his knowledge and expertise!

He did a good job at negotiating at what was realistic for my property and being the go between between me and the buyer. He is very professional and communicates the way you want to be communicated to. He did a great job!

We have never had a real estate agent that could compare to Blaine. He works as a partner not an agent. He has a great deal of knowledge of his market area, a fantastic support team and when asked, will give his honest opinion. He and his team were available and responsive all during the negotiations. We were not able to be at the cabin during the time it was being inspected. Blaine took our place and spent a great deal of time on the property with the inspector and even did our final inspection for us! Blaine possesses exceptional negotiation skills and is a true "people person". His use of these skills was the very reason we were able to purchase our beautiful cabin for a great price. We had occasion to speak to the former owner of our cabin and he told us, he too had bought and sold a number of properties. His comment was, "this was the most professional and amicable deal we've ever had". We think that pretty well sums it up. We will always recommend Blaine to anyone seeking a good real estate agent.

His knowledge and expertise sold our house in 5 hours for above asking price! Which was a great bonus. He was great from the start answering any and all questions in a prompt and professional manner. Was timely with all appointments and "on top of it" when it came to every process of selling our home. We didn't have to worry about a thing, Blaine's knows what he is doing and is an amazing Realtor.
